to present our Church Surveys service. These surveys are intended
to provide the pastoral / church staff with a feel
for the congregation by asking a short series of questions about how
those in the congregation view their church life. These surveys
are designed to obtain honest answers to questions that the typical
congregational member may not feel comfortable addressing in person with
their church leadership.
What are Church
Surveys?
The purpose of our
church surveys is to obtain input from the church's congregation
that might not otherwise be voiced or known to the pastoral /
church staff. The surveys are not intended to be
judgmental, but used as a helpful tool for the pastoral / church
staff. Survey questions can be:
Most surveys are
generally 5 to 10 questions, which can contain any questions
that you submit, including questions that the church leadership
would like to ask. The surveys can be distributed in the
weekly church bulletin or passed out during the service, and
collected along with the offering or deposited in a designated
place after the service.
How does the Church Surveys process work?
The way the Church Survey process works is the pastor, church
leadership or designee fills out the required information on the
survey request form that includes:

This information is submitted either online or by mail.
After the request has been received, a sample copy of the
requested survey and an invoice will be either emailed or mailed
to the requestor. After payment has been received, the
surveys will be printed and mailed to the requestor.
All information will be kept confidential and not shared unless
permitted by the pastor, church leadership or designee.
Bottom line - How much do the Church Surveys cost?
The cost of the survey service averages .50 cents per survey
(discounts are available for orders over 1,000 surveys).
An invoice indicating the amount due for the survey service will
be emailed or mailed with a sample copy of the requested survey
and can be paid by either money order, church check, or online
via PayPal on our website.
